Job Despcription

• To handle day to day accounting operational activities that including AR, AP and GL Functions. (Full Set of Accounts)
• To ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and analysis in accordance with Approved Accounting Standards.
• Able to prepare financial budget, proposal dan work paper that related to account.
• To assist in basic accounting activities. (Data entry, prepare payment vouchers/cheques, filing & etc)
• Development of the company’s accounting policy and ensure that accounting methods and procedures used are in accordance with the established policy.
• Direct and implement financial and accounting systems, policies and procedures.
• To liase wih internal and external parties on accounting related matters.
• To handle ad hoc duties which will assign from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently with the minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines, highly responsible, diciplined and self motivated.
• Required skill : Autocount Accounting Software.
• General knowledge in GST.
